Patients who are housebound may request a home visit. The duty GP will review the visit request and if a home visit is deemed necessary, one of our skilled clinicians will attend to assess the patient.

Please request your home visit online or by calling 01753 989800 before 10am if at all possible. The majority of requests should, therefore, be received in the morning. Visit requests received after 2pm will be dealt with by a phone call in the first instance.

Requests for urgent or immediate visits will be discussed immediately with the duty GP.
