BSc Med Sci MBChB DRCOG DFRSH MRCGP (Merit) Qualified 2003 University of St Andrews / Manchester. Certificate in Essential Palliative Care.

DR DAWN BRITTAIN

MB BS, BSc, DRCOG, MRCGP, Qualified 2007 - Royal Free & University College Medical School, London. Trainer of future GP's.

DR BASIL EL-SHIRBINY

MBBS, DRCOG, MRCGP Qualified in 2007 from University College London

Dr El-Shirbiny works on a Tuesday and Friday afternoon/evening as part of our Improved Access service.

DR UZMA AHMED

MB BChir, BA (Hons), MA (Hons) Cambridge University 2014, DRCOG, MRCGP, currently undertaking Dermatology Diploma with Cardiff University.

Dr Ahmed is currently on maternity leave from May 2022.

MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG, Diploma Practical Dermatology ( Cardiff). Dr Sahota qualified in 2001 from London.

Dr Sahota has a special interest in Dermatology.

Adam is our highly skilled Physician Associate (PA) who joins us from Ohio, USA with 5 years experience treating patients in the Emergency Department.

MEGAN KASER

PA-C, MPAS

Megan works for The Hall Practice as part of the Chalfonts PCN. She joins us from Indiana, USA, with a Master's Degree in PA Studies from Butler University in Indianapolis. Megan is interested in women's health and has experience in several areas including, among others, general practice, internal medicine, and emergency medicine.

TOM TIMMINS

Tom is our highly experienced Paramedic and joined our team in December 2018. He helps run The Chalfonts PCN Frailty & Housebound Service to provide care and support for those who are housebound.

Chalfonts Primary Care Network - First Contact Physiotherapist. An experienced Physio in the private sector, Jorgo works for the Chalfonts Practices providing assessment of musculoskeletal problems with treatment advice or investigation and onward referral as required.

Sally is a Pharmacy Technician working with The Hall Practice as part of The Chalfonts Primary Care Network. Sally also helps run our PCN Frailty & Housebound Service.

BEHESHTA AMADZI

Beheshta works for The Hall Practice as part of the Chalfonts PCN and is our Care Home Coordinator. She provides administrative support and a point of contact for care home staff, residents and their families and supports our Care Home Pharmacy Team in delivering care to our patients.

GABRIELLE DOUGLAS

Gabrielle is our Care Coordinator and works for The Hall Practice as part of the Chalfonts PCN. She helps to support our vulnerable and frail patients, including support at end of life and for carers and new parents.

CHRIS MCFADDEN

Chris is a Social Prescriber working across the Chalfont Practices as part of the Primary Care Network. She will help patients to focus on ‘what matters to me’ and take a holistic approach to people’s health and wellbeing. Chris can help connect people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support.

Community Midwives

The community midwife shares the care of all mothers before and after delivery. She holds antenatal clinics at the medical centre and can be contacted via your doctor's secretary or directly with Wycombe Maternity Unit on 01494 734233 between 8.30 and 9.30am.

Community Nurses

District nursing sisters provide advice, support and nursing care to patients and families in their homes and can be contacted through the surgery or by telephoning 01494 426030.
