Dr El-Shirbiny works on a Tuesday and Friday afternoon/evening as part of our Improved Access service.

Dr Ahmed is currently on maternity leave from May 2022.

Adam is our highly skilled Physician Associate (PA) who joins us from Ohio, USA with 5 years experience treating patients in the Emergency Department.

Megan works for The Hall Practice as part of the Chalfonts PCN. She joins us from Indiana, USA, with a Master's Degree in PA Studies from Butler University in Indianapolis. Megan is interested in women's health and has experience in several areas including, among others, general practice, internal medicine, and emergency medicine.
TOM TIMMINS
Tom is our highly experienced Paramedic and joined our team in December 2018. He helps run The Chalfonts PCN Frailty & Housebound Service to provide care and support for those who are housebound.

Chalfonts Primary Care Network - First Contact Physiotherapist. An experienced Physio in the private sector, Jorgo works for the Chalfonts Practices providing assessment of musculoskeletal problems with treatment advice or investigation and onward referral as required.

Beheshta works for The Hall Practice as part of the Chalfonts PCN and is our Care Home Coordinator. She provides administrative support and a point of contact for care home staff, residents and their families and supports our Care Home Pharmacy Team in delivering care to our patients.

Gabrielle is our Care Coordinator and works for The Hall Practice as part of the Chalfonts PCN. She helps to support our vulnerable and frail patients, including support at end of life and for carers and new parents.
CHRIS MCFADDEN
Chris is a Social Prescriber working across the Chalfont Practices as part of the Primary Care Network. She will help patients to focus on ‘what matters to me’ and take a holistic approach to people’s health and wellbeing. Chris can help connect people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support.
