It is important that you inform us you need to cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware that you are unable to attend; this will allow us to offer that appointment to another patient.

If your appointment is within the next 24 hours, please call us on 01753 989800 to cancel.

If your appointment is in more than 24 hours, we strongly advise you to cancel your appointment via our online Klinik System. To access Klinik click HERE and then choose the ‘Cancel or rearrange an appointment’ option.

If you are unable to use our online service please call 01753 989800 to cancel your appointment. Please note our phonelines are extremely busy and you may need to wait.

If you fail to notify the Practice in advance that you are unable to attend, you may be sent a text message or a letter informing you that you have missed your appointment. Persistent non-attenders may be de-registered from the practice list.
